ABAHUB: PADDLE ASSEMBLY

Hello, I just got one of your SUP paddles. Inside the section with the paddle blade there is a 10" piece (tube shaped ) of white styrofoam, and a small black rubber piece. Are these supposed to stay in that section, or be removed? Thank you.

I received my Abahub paddle ordered through Amazon a little while ago. When I opened the Amazon shipment box there were only two pieces in the box. Both had paddles on each end. One has row of 5 holes vertically down the metal tubing starting an inch and a half to two inches from the non blade end. The other paddle section has a horizontal row of three holes extending less than half way around the tube. There was nothing else in the box. One of the paddle ends was covered with a clear piece of plastic. The other piece was not. There was an empty plastic bag in the box. The shipping box (Amazon) had a square hole in the box about 2 inches by 2 inches about half way down.

Even after tightening the screws the handle section still slides up and down.

Also, one of the push buttons popped out and is missing. is there a replacement part available?
